NON-PLASTICIZED BUTYLATED MELAMINE FORMALDEHYDE RESIN
JSB-NBMF 603-NB60 Butylated Melamine Formaldehyde Resin is a widely used crosslinker from the amino resin family, manufactured by Jahan Shimi Baspar Company (JSB). This resin is produced through the reaction of melamine with formaldehyde, followed by butylation through etherification with normal butanol.
Butylation improves solubility in organic solvents such as butanol, xylene, and butyl acetate, provides better compatibility with other resins, and reduces formaldehyde release during curing.
