JSB-LO 702-M70 Long Oil Alkyd Resin is a high-performance resin based on soya fatty acid, with an oil length of 62%, and pentaerythritol polyol. It is supplied as 70 ± 1% solid content in mineral spirit solvent.

This resin offers outstanding properties such as excellent hardness, very good surface and through drying, high gloss and durability, excellent flow and leveling, and good sagging resistance. These characteristics make it an ideal choice for air-drying paints used in architectural and industrial applications.

This product is widely used in the production of high-gloss architectural paints, architectural and industrial varnishes, pigment pastes and putties, coatings for metal structures, interior and exterior decorative paints, and air-drying protective coatings.

JSB-LO 702-M70 Resin has full solubility in common solvents such as normal butanol, ketones, xylene, white spirit / mineral spirit, and normal butyl acetate. It also shows good compatibility with medium oil alkyd resins. However, it is recommended to perform a compatibility test before blending with other products.
